It's finished at last! Somewhere between 90-100 hours work. Madness.
A3 sized (29.7 x 42 cms). All in pencil. Stock photo used as reference [link] by the wonderful  I reversed the photo to help change things a bit and altered the dress. The pattern on the dress is based on a textile design panel fom 1881 by William Morris.It was originally designed for drapes in St James Palace. My one big mistake in this is that I forgot I was going to add the fine reflections at the end with the aid of an eraser and I went ahead and sprayed it with fixative. By request, I've added a detail of this to my scraps [link] |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
